What’s a ghost kitchen you ask?  In an eggshell, it’s leveraging an existing kitchen to produce two different menus.  Most ghost kitchens are set up for delivery only, but we will be offering limited menu items for delivery, pickup, or in-store from The Hub in San Anselmo.

From our sourcing of chicken to in-house prep, we are excited to fill the gap of a local business, serving 100% Certified Organic chicken raised on family farms with delicious ingredients."

 

We are proud to support California family farms. These Certified Organic farmers use non-GMO feed, provide a cage free space with no antibiotics or hormones ever used which means it's better for the birds, better for the environment, and better for you.

Our menu features a pecking order of four sandwiches: Classic, Original Crispy, Big South Spicy, and Tangy Lemon Pepper.  Each piece of chicken is tenderized in buttermilk, breaded in a proprietary flour and spice mixture, then fried to golden, crispy perfection.
